Pollination for the Nation

Pollination for the Nation/Education for the Nation is all about raising awareness, the importance and conservation of our pollinating insects, such as Honeybee, Bumblebee, Butterflies and much more, below are links to various organisations for you to peruse, we have our own download of Mr Bumbles ID chart and fun facts

It's simple really

Pollination is the process that turns flowers into food, especially for us humans, if there is NO POLLINATION there is NO FUTURE!

All we as a NATION need to do, is plants lots of blues and purples, you provide and the Pollinators will follow, you can turn any area into a Pollination friendly habitat. It’s not rocket science, it's nature. Flat surfaces such as garage/extension roofs can be turned into habitual areas simply by raising the edge, covering in pond liner, lay a 2” or 65mm of soil/leaves/bark and scatter with wild flower seeds, your be amazed at what can grow and the insects that the new habitat will encourage, patios can have flower tubs, no matter how large or small your garden, whether in the centre of town or in a high rise flat. You provide, they will come…….young or old…….if you love, Strawberry milkshakes, Apple & Blackberry crumble, cheese and tomato sandwiches, red or white wine, real ale, juice drinks etc………..

We need them more than they need us!
